Job Title: HVAC Site Project Head (Chiller & VRF) Job Description We are looking for an experienced HVAC Site Project Head to manage the complete execution of HVAC projects at site, including Chiller plants, VRF/VRV systems, ducting, piping, and equipment installation. The role focuses on site supervision, technical execution, coordination, and ensuring quality work. No vendor follow-up work is required in this role. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all HVAC site activities for Chiller & VRF projects. Plan daily/weekly work schedules and ensure on-time project execution. Supervise technicians, site teams, and subcontractors for installation work. Coordinate with the design team, project team, and management for site requirements. Review and understand drawings, layouts, and project specifications. Oversee installation of piping, ducting, insulation, electrical connections, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, etc. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance. Resolve site issues or technical challenges immediately. Handle testing, commissioning, and project handover. Share daily/weekly progress updates with management. Maintain proper site documentation, reports, and checklists. Required Skills Strong technical knowledge of Chiller plants, VRF/VRV systems, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, ducting, and piping. Good leadership and site management skills. Ability to manage teams and handle multiple tasks at the site. Strong understanding of HVAC drawings and project execution standards. Good communication and problem-solving ability.
