Role & responsibilities

Bachelors degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education / B.Ed / Psychology).

ECE/ECD training is a bonus.

2–5 years minimum experience in preschool teaching or coordination.

Administrative

Able to manage timetables, teacher schedules, daily routines.

Strong in documentation, reporting, and maintaining child records.

Good at organising events (Mind Space Day, celebrations, PTMs).

Academic

Understands early childhood curriculum (Montessori, play-based, thematic).

Can guide teachers on lesson plans, activity execution, and assessments.

People Management

Confident in leading teachers without being dominating.

Can handle conflicts calmly.

Good communicator with parents and staff.

Parent Communication

Should be able to do:

Classroom observations and feedback to parents

Handling parent queries

Conducting orientations

Ensuring safety and hygiene protocols
