Curriculum Developer/ Academic Head

The role involves planning and preparing the curriculum for various classes ranging from PG to Class 2. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating books and study materials in accordance with the curriculum guidelines. Academic training of the team, teachers, and Centre Heads/Franchisees will be a crucial aspect of this position. As part of this role, you will collaborate with academic coordinators from different states and visit centers across India to ensure effective coordination. Handling franchisee queries and engaging with parents will also be part of your responsibilities. When necessary, you will be involved in shortlisting toys and equipment for educational purposes. Monitoring the curriculum and implementing feedback will be essential for continuous improvement. Furthermore, you will be expected to handle various academic and business-related activities as needed. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift, fixed shift, and morning shift schedule. The work location will be in person.,
