The responsibilities of this role include developing and implementing branch-level sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. You will be responsible for monitoring daily sales activities and the performance of sales executives, as well as identifying new market opportunities and customer segments. Additionally, you will lead, mentor, and motivate the branch sales team to achieve individual and team goals. Conducting regular performance reviews and providing training/coaching where required will also be a part of your responsibilities. Maintaining a positive and productive work environment is crucial for success in this role. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-ups is essential. Addressing customer queries and resolving complaints in a timely manner, as well as building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients, are key aspects of customer relationship management. You will also need to oversee daily branch operations, including inventory, sales reporting, and documentation, and coordinate with other departments such as service, accounts, and marketing for smooth operations. Compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards is mandatory. In terms of reporting and analysis, you will be required to prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Providing insights and feedback to management for business improvements is a critical part of the role. The job types for this position are full-time and permanent.
