Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Patient Counselling:
Explaining the insurance procedures, available health insurance coverage, hospital packages, billing details, and any applicable terms and conditions to patients and their attendants.
Claim Processing:
Handling all TPA-related processes, which involves verifying insurance documents, policy details, and patient eligibility for cashless treatment or reimbursement.
Coordination and Pre-authorization:
Coordinating with the TPA companies and insurance agencies to facilitate pre-authorization and cashless treatment approvals, ensuring a smooth hospitalization experience.
Documentation and Follow-up:
Maintaining accurate records, uploading necessary patient files to the TPA portal, following up on pending claims or rejections, and addressing patient queries related to insurance coverage.
Emotional Support:
Providing support and addressing patient concerns during what can be a stressful time.

Preferred candidate profile
