Role & responsibilities : a) Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and government bodies, regulatory agencies and local authorities. b) Manage all statutory compliances and ensure timely filings and renewals (licenses, permits, registrations etc.) c) Facilitate approvals, clearances, and permits required for operations and projects. d) Handle legal notices, government disputes and community or local authority concerns in coordination with legal and management teams. e) Oversee and manage day to day administrative functions. f) Maintain records and documentation for audits and inspections by government departments. g) Ensure the organization in government meetings forums and public sector discussions as needed.
