Position Type: Full Time Employee Position Summary The Associate – Human Resources will play a key role within the HR team, reporting to the Senior Associate – HR and working under the strategic guidance of the Director – HR . This role offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully across core HR functions—including recruitment, learning and development, and employee engagement—while developing expertise and leadership capabilities in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment. As part of a collaborative HR team, the Associate will gradually take on responsibilities across recruitment, L&D, employee engagement & benefits and HR operations, supporting and complementing the work of the Sr. Associate, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Support and lead timely and high-quality recruitment for assigned positions by developing JDs, sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and onboarding processes. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for the Fellowship Program in collaboration with campus teams, including candidate outreach, interview facilitation, selection, and induction. Work closely with the Sr. Associate HR and Director HR to ensure recruitment processes are aligned with organizational needs and timelines. Learning & Development (L&D) Take ownership of specific L&D initiatives such as new employee orientation programs, soft skills training, wellness sessions, and compliance training (e.g., POSH, Child Protection), in coordination with the Sr. Associate. Support the planning, implementation, and tracking of other functional and programmatic learning interventions. Performance Management & HR Operations Assist the Director – HR in the execution of performance management systems, performance improvement processes, and documentation. Support the smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, internal transfers, exits, and related documentation and compliance audits. Employee Engagement, Culture Building and Operational Support Serve as a point of contact for employees, providing timely responses to process-related queries, policy clarifications, and routine grievance redressals, escalating as necessary. Conduct periodic field visits to understand employee needs and provide on-ground HR support. Contribute to culture-building initiatives, including employee engagement activities and institutional development projects. Actively participate in fostering an inclusive, positive, and high-performance workplace culture. Support employee lifecycle operational processes and documentation Skills And Qualifications Required Graduate / Master’s degree in a relevant field of study 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably within grassroots-level NGOs Solid understanding of HR principles, processes, and best practices, especially in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, L&D, and employee engagement. Incumbents from non HR field of work with relevant skills in people processes are also encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to engage effectively across levels of the organization. High level of digital literacy and ability to learn new technology platforms is essential, experience using HRIS, Learning Management Systems (LMS) will be an added advantage Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated sensitivity to diversity and inclusion, and the ability to handle confidential matters with tact, discretion, and integrity. Reporting to: Director - Programs Location: Bhopal with extensive travel to intervention districts as required Position Summary The Senior Program Lead – Program Support will report to the Director – Programs and play a key role in supporting the implementation of TAF’s strategic interventions. The individual will work across key programmatic areas such as Project Anugami, facility based intervention, System strengthening initiatives, Community AAA/AAA Platform and other community-based innovations. The role requires a dynamic and proactive individual who is logical, analytical, skilled in facilitation and documentation and able to work across multiple functional teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Program Implementation & Support Lead and provide end-to-end support for planning, rollout, and monitoring of TAF interventions, including Anugami, C/AAA platform, facility-based intervention, system strengthening, and home/community engagement models. Ensure smooth implementation of interventions by providing technical guidance to field teams. Track program deliverables, timelines, and outcomes to ensure effective and timely execution. Cross-functional Coordination Act as a bridge between program, M&E, operations, partnerships, and data teams to ensure seamless alignment. Facilitate smooth information flow, timely issue resolution, and decision-making across teams. Support district and block-level teams in addressing challenges and encourage cross-learning. Postgraduate degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related fields. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in program implementation, preferably in health, nutrition, or community development. Exposure to scalable, systems-level public health programs will be a plus. Experience in managing large-scale projects and mid-level program teams. Prior experience in central and northern Indian states (Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan, Delhi) will be preferred. Strong understanding of government health systems, community platforms, and frontline health worker dynamics. Familiarity with government departments such as Health, ICDS, and Panchayati Raj will be desirable. Proven ability to coordinate across teams, facilitate meetings, and manage complex workflows. Demonstrated experience in program documentation, reporting, and knowledge management. Strong analytical and logical thinking with problem-solving ability. Attention to detail and ability to synthesize information clearly. Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (verbal and written).
