Principal/Director

Experience:

• Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in the education sector
• At least 5 years in senior leadership roles such as Headmistress, Vice-Principal, Principal, or Director
• Proven experience in school administration, strategic planning, and overall institutional
• Management
• Strong understanding of academic frameworks, school operations, and regulatory compliances

Educational Qualification:

• Master s degree in any discipline (M.A./M.Sc./M.Com.)
• B.Ed./M.Ed. mandatory
• Additional leadership, management, or administrative certifications preferred (e.g., Educational Leadership, School Management)

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication, public relations, and presentation skills
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, mentor, and supervise academic and Administrative teams
• Expertise in school operations, policy formation, discipline management, and academic supervision
• Ability to develop and implement strategic growth plans for the school
• Experience in staff recruitment, teacher training, and performance evaluations
• Proficiency in budgeting, resource allocation, and implementation of school policies
• Strong command over English
• Effective decision-making, analytical, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with modern school management systems, IT tools, and digital education trends
