Job Description

B.Tech/B.E or Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering 4+ years experience in CAMO/Aircraft Maintenance Planning Good Communication skills, knowledge on ERP system, Excel, MS word, PPT.

Key Responsibilities

Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security profiles to ensure appropriate system access and data security
Provide day-to-day functional and technical support to ERP users across all departments, escalating complex issues to vendor support as needed
Maintain accurate master data and ensure system-wide data integrity
Assist in performing system updates, patches, upgrades, new module deployments, and rigorous pre-production testing/UAT
Act as a system expert supporting core business processes, including Planning, Engineering, SCM, MCC, and Maintenance workflows aligning with DGCA regulatory requirements
Identify process gaps, propose automation/configuration improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on system enhancements and process standardization
Conduct user training sessions to ensure correct and consistent adoption of ERP workflows
Prepare/Assist in reports and dashboards with IRL data, besides supporting internal/external audits and compliance requirements
