Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Direct the HR function across all verticals - hydro projects, tunneling, roads, urban infrastructure, and real estate ensuring alignment with companys overarching objectives.

HR Strategy Formulation: Architect and implement sophisticated HR strategies encompassing organizational development, talent acquisition and retention, performance management, leadership cultivation, succession planning, and employee engagement.

Operational Excellence: Oversee comprehensive HR operations, including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development, Capability Enhancement, and the deployment of advanced HR Information Management Systems (HRIMS).

Board-Level Collaboration: Partner strategically with the Board of Directors and Business Leadership to craft bespoke HR frameworks for each vertical, fostering synergy and coherence at the enterprise level.

Cultural Transformation: Spearhead initiatives to instill a high-performance, future- oriented culture, driving organizational agility and resilience.

Sustainable Impact: Steward Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs,

embedding the companys commitment to sustainable development.

Global Administration: Lead international Administration, Facilities Management, and Security operations to ensure seamless support for business functions.

Executive Counsel: Act as a trusted advisor to the CMD and Leadership Team on critical people-related matters, including change management, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational restructuring.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Requirements:

Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent qualification in Human Resources.

Advanced Degree in Human Resources, or Law (LLB, MBA) is a plus.

Professional Experience

Minimum 18-25 years of experience in Human Resource Management, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record as a strategic HR leader in large-scale EPC, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Power, or similar industrial sectors.

Experience managing HR operations in multi-geography and multicultural environments.

Strong business acumen with the ability to align human capital strategy with business needs.

Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities.

Highly ethical, culturally sensitive, and committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.

Experience in construction or infrastructure sectors is preferred.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to think strategically and provide practical tax solutions.

High level of professionalism and integrity, with an ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.

Advanced proficiency in tax software, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
