Job Summary:

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute the organization’s

  technology vision and strategy

  in alignment with business objectives.
• Drive

  innovation, modernization, and digital transformation

  initiatives across products and operations.
• Advise the executive team on

  emerging technologies

  and competitive advantages.
• Translate business goals into a robust

  technical roadmap

  and measurable outcomes.

Technology & Product Development:

• Oversee

  software development, infrastructure, architecture, and data management

  functions.
• Lead the design and delivery of

  scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions

  .
• Foster a

  culture of innovation and engineering excellence

  across teams.
• Ensure best practices in

  software development lifecycle (SDLC)

  ,

  Agile methodologies

  DevOps

  , and

  cloud adoption

Team & Organizational Leadership:

• Build, mentor, and retain a world-class

  technology and engineering team

• Create a collaborative, transparent, and high-performance technology culture.

  Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and HR

  teams.
• Establish KPIs and OKRs to measure the success of technology initiatives.
  

Governance, Security & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with

  security standards

• Manage

  IT budgets

  , vendor relationships, and technology investments effectively.
• Develop and enforce

Innovation & Future Growth:

  technologies where relevant.
• Identify opportunities for

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• 10+ years of progressive experience in

  technology leadership roles

  , including 3–5 years at a senior management level.
• Proven experience managing

  large-scale software, cloud, or IT infrastructure projects

  .
• Deep understanding of

  software architecture, cloud computing (AWS / Azure / GCP)

  ,

  cybersecurity

  DevOps

• Strong knowledge of
