Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Foodo.ai Location: Remote (UK/UAE Time Zone Alignment) Experience: Minimum 10+ years in technology leadership Foodo.ai is a fast-growing AI-driven restaurant technology company delivering AR menus, POS integrations, and smart automation tools for the global F&B industry. We are hiring a high-caliber CTO to lead our technology vision, engineering execution, and product innovation. Key Responsibilities Own and execute the full technology roadmap, architecture, and long-term tech vision. Lead engineering teams, enforce coding standards, sprint discipline, and Jira documentation (incl. R&D documentation). Oversee development of AR menus, AI modules, dashboards, API integrations, and cloud infrastructure. Ensure high system reliability, scalability, data security, and strong DevOps practices. Manage major integrations with POS systems, payment gateways, and enterprise restaurant platforms. Drive innovation and evaluate emerging tech to keep Foodo.ai ahead in the F&B tech market. Required Experience & Skills 10+ years of technology leadership (CTO, Head of Engineering, or equivalent). Strong hands-on background in software development (Node.js/Python/React/Flutter or similar). Deep experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), microservices, and API-driven architectures. Proven track record building and scaling SaaS or AI-based products. Experience with AR, AI/ML workflows, or restaurant/POS tech is a major advantage . Strong leadership, architectural decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage remote teams and deliver fast in a high-growth startup environment.
