Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

• Technology Leadership

• Provide architectural direction across

  .NET, Angular, React, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, SQL Server

• Lead end-to-end product and solution development using

  MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js)

  and

  MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)

  stacks.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications.

• On-Time Delivery & Execution

• Own the

  delivery of projects on time and within quality standards

• Establish engineering processes, sprint discipline, and review mechanisms.
• Collaborate closely with delivery managers and solution architects to remove roadblocks.

• Team Mentorship & Culture

• Mentor developers, solution architects, and product managers.
• Instill best practices in coding, DevOps, design patterns, and QA.
• Build and nurture a

  high-ownership engineering culture

• Product & Strategy

• Partner with the

  Product Manager

  to define product roadmaps and execution plans.
• Balance services delivery with product IP creation.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and embed relevant tech innovations.

• IT Services & Security

• Guide and oversee IT infrastructure, cloud strategy, and cybersecurity practices.
• Ensure data protection, compliance, and enterprise-grade security.

• Partnership & Growth

• Work like a

  partner/co-founder

  in scaling the organization.
• Represent BRIOT’s technology vision to clients, partners, and investors.
• Contribute to strategic decisions that shape the company’s long-term success.

• 15–20 years of proven technology leadership experience.
• Hands-on expertise in

  .NET Core, Angular, React, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, SQL Server

  , and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Track record of

  delivering large-scale projects on time

  .
• Strong background in system architecture, scalability, and security.
• Experience mentoring and scaling engineering/product teams.
• Exposure to

  industrial software / IIoT / manufacturing verticals
