Position: Program Manager – Growth & Demand Generation Base Location: Chennai or Bangalore About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager – Growth & Demand Generation to drive lead generation, digital growth, and marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in expanding our market reach, nurturing relationships, and converting opportunities into tangible business. Key Responsibilities: Lead generation through cold calls and outreach activities to identify new business opportunities. Deeply understand our products and the customer’s business needs to engage in consultative selling that adds value. Drive digital growth initiatives, especially on LinkedIn, to build brand presence, generate leads, and engage the target audience. Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities such as events, exhibitions, and trade shows to boost brand awareness and generate qualified leads. Collaborate with the sales team to create and refine lead qualification processes, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality opportunities. Monitor and analyze lead generation campaigns, reporting on performance and continuously optimizing strategies. Coordinate with marketing to align messaging, content, and digital activities to support demand generation goals. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in cold calling and consultative selling, preferably in B2B or technology solutions. Experience planning and managing marketing events, exhibitions, and trade shows. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (especially LinkedIn).
