Our mission is to transform recruitment into a data-driven, efficient, and skill-focused process. Role Overview: We are looking for a hands-on tech visionary to join as CTO and Co-founder. You will define the technology strategy, lead product development, and build a world-class engineering team while collaborating closely with the founding team to scale Pro Pick. Key Responsibilities: • Define and execute Pro Pick’s technology roadmap and strategy. • Lead product development, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team. • Choose and implement the right tech stack and tools. • Align technology initiatives with business objectives. • Stay updated on tech trends and integrate innovative solutions. • Oversee code quality, best practices, and agile processes. Requirements: • Proven experience in a CTO, Tech Lead, or senior engineering role, preferably in a startup. • Strong expertise in [tech stack/languages/frameworks]. • Hands-on experience in product development and platform scaling. • Strategic thinker with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. • Passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and building products from scratch. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
