We aim to simplify the procurement process, improve transparency, and empower businesses across the construction industry with digital solutions. Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Tech Co-Founder to join us in shaping the technology backbone of our marketplace. This is an opportunity to build a scalable product from scratch and to be a part of the founding team driving vision, strategy, and execution. Key Responsibilities: Lead technology strategy, architecture, and product development for the marketplace platform Oversee end-to-end technical implementation — vendor, customer, admin, and finance panels Ensure platform scalability, security, and high availability Stay updated with emerging technologies relevant to e-commerce, B2B/B2C marketplaces, AI integrations, and digital payments Collaborate closely with the business founders to align technical goals with business vision Build and manage a team of developers and technical talent as the company scales Contribute to strategic decisions around product features, integrations, and customer experience Key Requirements: Proven experience in developing technology platforms, preferably marketplace or e-commerce systems Hands-on skills in modern web/app development frameworks and scalable backend systems Strong understanding of cloud architecture, APIs, databases, and integrations Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Experience with AI-driven tools or analytics is a plus Prior startup experience is highly desirable Other Details: This is a co-founder position; equity stake will be discussed based on mutual interest and contribution Investment from the co-founder is not mandatory but open for discussion if mutually agreed Flexibility to work remotely from anywhere
