LyrIQ is a youth-led literary initiative dedicated to making poetry accessible, engaging, and transformative. Founded by Devansh Gupta, LyrIQ empowers young voices through various workshops, programs, and competitions. Since its inception, LyrIQ has reached over 2,000 students across India, hosted more than 20 poetry workshops, and collaborated with educators, NGOs, and literary communities. LyrIQ believes that poetry can bridge gaps, build empathy, and shape a more expressive future.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Chief Technology Officer at LyrIQ. The Chief Technology Officer will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology strategy, leading software development and product development projects, and managing IT architecture and project management. The role will require close collaboration with other departments to align technology initiatives with the organization's goals.

Qualifications

• Preferably high school students
• Experience in Software Development and Product Development
• Proficiency in IT Strategy and Architecture
• Strong Project Management skills
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments
• Experience in the literary or educational sectors is a plus
