Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) .NET Stack | NBFC Location: Nehru Place- Delhi Department: Information Technology Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: CEO / Managing Director/Director About the Company We are a fast-growing Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), leveraging technology to deliver innovative lending and financial solutions. We are building secure, scalable, and RBI-compliant platforms using .NET (C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core), SQL Server, and modern cloud infrastructure to serve our borrowers across India. Role Overview We are looking for a CTO with deep hands-on experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core), SQL Server, and digital lending infrastructure. You will drive end-to-end technology strategy, manage the tech team, ensure compliance with RBI regulations, and architect scalable systems to support digital loan origination, management, disbursement, collections, and integrations. Key Responsibilities • Define the technology roadmap and lead its execution using .NET (C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core) and SQL Server. • Architect and manage platforms such as LMS (Loan Management System), LOS (Loan Origination System), CRM, collections, and dashboards. • Oversee daily operations of tech development, server management, security, and performance optimization. • Manage in-house developers and ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable code. • Implement integrations with 3rd party services: eKYC, Aadhaar, PAN, credit bureaus (CIBIL, CRIF), NACH, eSign, Digilocker, and payment gateways. • Ensure technology is aligned with RBI guidelines, including data storage, security, audit logs, uptime SLAs, and user access control. • Setup regular security audits, backups, versioning, staging-to-live deployment practices, and disaster recovery. • Lead development sprints, timelines, and product release cycles with agile methodology. • Identify and implement automation opportunities in underwriting, reporting, customer support, and compliance. • • Work closely with the compliance, legal, and finance teams to implement technology that ensures regulatory adherence. Required Skills & Experience • • 10+ years of development experience with .NET (C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core), SQL Server, and server-side technologies. • • 3+ years in a senior technology leadership role (Tech Lead, VP Eng, or CTO), ideally in fintech/NBFC/lending startup. • • Deep understanding of NBFC workflows, RBI IT policies, and credit lifecycle from lead to disbursement to collections. • • Strong experience in database design, optimization, data security, encryption, and access control. • • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS/Azure, Git-based deployment (CI/CD), and DevOps tools. • • Hands-on experience in integrating APIs for Aadhaar, eSign, CKYC, CIBIL/CRIF, NACH, BBPS, or UPI is a strong plus. • • Proficiency in managing remote development teams, vendor coordination, and technical documentation. Preferred Qualifications • • B.Tech/B.E./MCA in Computer Science or related field. • • Familiarity with RBI regulations, ISO 27001 compliance, and data privacy norms. • • Bonus: Experience with mobile app development (Xamarin/Flutter/Android), Node.js/MongoDB, or BI tools. • • Bonus: Working knowledge of credit scoring or financial analytics.
