Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The CTO will oversee the company's technology strategy and develop innovative solutions to support business growth. Responsibilities include managing software development teams, steering project management efforts, directing IT and technical architecture, and overseeing product development processes. The CTO will also collaborate with other executives to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Software Development and Product Development
• Proven experience in Project Management and IT Strategy
• Strong skills in Architectural design
• Leadership qualities and effective communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement technology solutions
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the construction or procurement industry is a plus
