We are building an innovative online marketplace to transform how building materials are bought and sold, bringing suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, and end-users onto one platform. We aim to simplify the procurement process, improve transparency, and empower businesses across the construction industry with digital solutions.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Tech Co-Founder to join us in shaping the technology backbone of our marketplace. This is an opportunity to build a scalable product from scratch and to be a part of the founding team driving vision, strategy, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technology strategy, architecture, and product development for the marketplace platform
• Oversee end-to-end technical implementation — vendor, customer, admin, and finance panels
• Ensure platform scalability, security, and high availability
• Stay updated with emerging technologies relevant to e-commerce, B2B/B2C marketplaces, AI integrations, and digital payments
• Collaborate closely with the business founders to align technical goals with business vision
• Build and manage a team of developers and technical talent as the company scales
• Contribute to strategic decisions around product features, integrations, and customer experience

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in developing technology platforms, preferably marketplace or e-commerce systems
• Hands-on skills in modern web/app development frameworks and scalable backend systems
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, APIs, databases, and integrations
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with AI-driven tools or analytics is a plus
• Prior startup experience is highly desirable

• This is a co-founder position; equity stake will be discussed based on mutual interest and contribution
• Investment from the co-founder is
