Role DescriptionWe are inviting applications for a Co-Founder to join our leadership team in Delhi, India.This is a full-time, on-site strategic role for a highly driven professional who can help scale the business, lead operations, and drive revenue growth in both real estate and facility management verticals.The Co-Founder will work closely with the Managing Director to shape the company’s vision, expand its client base, and establish VISCO as a dominant brand in the market.Key Responsibilities• Lead and expand real estate sales and leasing operations• Drive business development for facility management services (housekeeping, security, and maintenance)• Identify and close new corporate, commercial, and residential accounts• Develop and execute growth and marketing strategies• Manage day-to-day business operations and oversee client delivery standards• Build partnerships, vendor relationships, and new service verticals• Recruit, guide, and mentor sales and operations teams• Contribute to financial planning, profitability, and technology adoptionQualifications• Strong background in sales, leasing, or business development• Experience in real estate or facility management industry preferred• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovation• Ability to work collaboratively and on-site in Delhi NCR• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA preferredAdditional Details• Only serious, long-term, and growth-oriented professionals should apply• Candidates must be willing to invest and actively participate in operations• Applicants with interest or experience in leasing, property sales, or facility management services are strongly encouraged to apply
