Facility Management - Operations and Sales Manager

VISCO Integrated Facility Management (IFM) is seeking a disciplined, dynamic, and reliable professional to lead operations while contributing to business development. The role demands strong knowledge of facility manpower operations combined with client-facing ability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IFM operations across security, housekeeping, technical services, and manpower management.

• Supervise and mentor field officers to ensure discipline, service quality, and compliance.

• Oversee manpower deployment, rostering, attendance, and statutory requirements.

• Represent VISCO in client meetings with professionalism and confidence.

• Drive business growth by presenting integrated solutions, including AI-based video monitoring and partner technologies.

• Act as second-in-command to top management, handling operational challenges and supporting strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 5–10 years’ experience in the Facility Management / Security industry, with deep knowledge of manpower operations.

• Strong command over English (spoken & written).

• Young, energetic, and dynamic personality with professional presence.

• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, emails, digital solutions).

• Must own a car and be willing to travel across Delhi NCR.

• Honest, disciplined, and reliable with strong leadership skills.
