Hiring: Freelance Housekeeping Trainer – VISCO India

Location: Delhi NCR (Travel across client sites as required)

At VISCO India, we are committed to raising the standards of Integrated Facility Management. We are looking for an experienced Freelance Housekeeping Trainer who can conduct comprehensive, practical, and engaging training sessions for our site teams across Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end housekeeping training to site staff, including:

• Infection Control & Hygiene Practices – prevention methods, sanitization standards, and pandemic-ready protocols.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) – first-aid response, CPR, and emergency handling.

• Chemical Handling & Usage – correct usage of cleaning agents, dos & don’ts, safety compliance.

• Equipment Operation – scrubber-dryers, vacuum cleaners, high-pressure machines, floor polishers, etc.

• Waste Management – segregation, disposal, recycling practices.

• Soft Skills & Grooming – discipline, communication, client interaction.

• Assess staff performance during and after training, ensuring knowledge retention.

• Customize training modules based on site-specific needs (schools, corporate offices, hospitals, residential complexes, etc.).

• Prepare basic documentation/reports post-training.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a housekeeping trainer in facility management or hospitality.

• Strong knowledge of infection control standards, occupational health & safety, and industry-grade chemicals/equipment.

• Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and on-site workshops.

• Excellent communication and people-handling skills.

• Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR for site trainings on request.
