Jintas has expanded its reach across the globe, delivering high-quality language instruction to hundreds of students. With ambitious goals and a supportive leadership team, Jintas is poised to make a significant impact in the education sector. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder at Jintas, located in Cannanore. The Co-Founder will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing strategic plans, building and maintaining relationships with partners and clients, and facilitating business growth. Additional duties include leading marketing and sales efforts, conducting research to identify new opportunities, and enhancing communication within the team and with external stakeholders. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities Excellent Communication skills Proven experience in Sales and Marketing Leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams and projects Ability to develop strategic plans and drive business growth Relevant experience in the education industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
