Noodiyos is India’s first AI-powered noodles QSR brand, founded in a small village in Bihar. We combine technology, taste, and emotional intelligence to redefine how local fast food can compete globally.

We built Mood Chef AI an emotion-based food recommender, introduced AI-driven customer systems in a region with no prior online food delivery infrastructure.

Our mission is to build India’s most futuristic QSR chain born from rural innovation.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Co-Founder to lead and manage QSR outlet openings, ground operations, and business expansion.

You’ll work side-by-side with the Founder to turn ideas into reality — building kitchens, managing staff, setting up supply chains, and scaling the brand from one outlet to many.

This is not a desk job — it’s for someone who’s ready to be on the ground, leading from the front, and helping Noodiyos scale across Bihar and beyond.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end to end setup of new QSR outlets from scouting locations to launch execution.

• Oversee kitchen operations, vendor management, inventory, and team training.

• Manage ground teams ensuring quality, hygiene, and smooth service across outlets.

• Coordinate with tech and marketing teams for local campaigns and performance tracking.

• Work with the Founder to identify franchise or investor expansion opportunities.

• Support upcoming AI + operations integrations (smart ordering, customer insights, etc.).

• A hands-on operator who loves executing not just planning.

• Experience or strong interest in food operations, hospitality, or franchise management.

• Leadership and communication skills to manage diverse ground teams.

• Belief in building scalable impact from small towns.

• Ready to invest effort into a long-term growth journey.
