MokshaPay is a digital lending platform offering fast and reliable personal loans to salaried and self-employed users across India.

We partner with registered NBFCs and follow all RBI compliance norms to ensure safety and transparency. Our mission is to make personal loans simple, accessible and trustworthy for everyone.

Role Overview

You’ll lead lending operations, NBFC partnerships, and compliance while helping scale MokshaPay from MVP to a full lending platform.

This is a core founding role for someone ready to build from scratch and shape the future of responsible lending in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lending cycle: KYC, underwriting, disbursal, repayment and collections.
• Handle CIBIL integration, data accuracy and RBI compliance.
• Build and manage NBFC partnerships and disbursement operations.
• Define credit policies, scoring models and user flows.
• Oversee operations, hiring and culture in early stages.
• Support investor discussions and fundraising.

Required Experience

• 5+ years in fintech, lending or NBFC ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting, KYC and collections.
• Experience working with NBFCs and digital lending models.
• Understanding of fintech tech stacks and APIs.
• High ownership and execution mindset.
