Job Role & Responsibilities: As a D2C Marketing Agent , your role is to promote our courses directly to individuals (parents, students, institutions) and generate qualified leads for our sales team. Your primary responsibilities include: Generate minimum 5 qualified leads per month through your personal/professional network, fieldwork, or digital efforts. Educate leads about the offerings and USPs of ParrotNerds. Collaborate with the counseling team to ensure proper follow-up and enrollment closures. Represent the brand with integrity and clarity. Work independently and maintain regular communication with the core team. Commission & Payout Structure: Earn 10–20% commission on every successful lead conversion (enrollment to paid program). Recurring commission opportunities for bulk enrollments, institutional contacts, or multi-course sign-ups. No fixed salary initially – performance-based payout with opportunity for growth into a full-time salaried role upon consistent performance.
