This is an equity-based + revenue-share role. Established entrepreneur is looking for a passionate partner to come in as a Co-Founder for a premium personal-branding & publishing venture. The co-founder will lead client acquisition, high-ticket sales, and overall business growth alongside the founding team. Key Responsibilities Acquire and manage high-value clients (founders, CXOs, creators). Lead end-to-end sales: outreach, pitching, follow-ups, and closing. Build strong relationships and represent the venture in a premium, polished manner. Collaborate with writing, design, and operations teams to deliver projects. Contribute to strategic growth and new revenue opportunities. Build processes, GTM strategy, and partnerships as the venture scales. Requirements Strong spoken English and confident communication. Experience in sales or managing high-value clients (HNIs, CXOs, etc). High ownership mindset with proactive hustle. Comfortable with performance-linked compensation. Ambition to grow into an entrepreneurial leadership role. Background Background in wealth management, PR, luxury sales, event sales, or influencer management. Experience in sales, client handling, or high-ticket closing (₹100,000+) preferred . Fast learner with strong presence and grooming.
