Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and committed Co-Founder who brings strong technical expertise and a strategic business mindset. You will play a core role in shaping the product, technology roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and the overall direction of the company. This is an opportunity to build a future-defining AI company from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Architect, design, and own the core AI/ML platform, product infrastructure, and technology stack. Lead the development of prototypes, MVPs, and scalable production systems. Evaluate and implement modern AI frameworks, algorithms, and tools. Build and manage the engineering team; establish engineering best practices and culture. Oversee product quality, performance, security, and reliability. Business & Strategic Responsibilities Define and refine the company’s vision, value proposition, and long-term strategy. Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and identify high-ROI opportunities. Build GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies for product launches and customer acquisition. Engage in fundraising, investor pitches, and strategic partnerships. Develop financial models, pricing strategies, and revenue plans. Act as a public-facing leader representing Akross AI to clients, partners, and the ecosystem. Required Qualifications Technical Skills Strong background in AI/ML, Deep Learning, Data Engineering, or Full-Stack Development. Hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and scalable architectures. Proven ability to build end-to-end products, from prototype to deployment. Business Skills Understanding of business frameworks, product strategy, and startup operations. Ability to craft and execute business plans, GTM models, and partnership strategies. Experience with or exposure to fundraising is a plus. Personal Attributes Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and resilience. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
