LyrIQ is a youth-led literary initiative dedicated to making poetry accessible, engaging, and transformative. Founded by Devansh Gupta, LyrIQ empowers young voices through workshops, programs, competitions, and more. Since its inception, LyrIQ has reached over 2,000 students across India and hosted more than 20 poetry workshops. The organisation collaborates with educators like TeachIndia and The Times Of India, NGOs, - as well as experts from UPENN, Stanford and literary communities to spark creativity and confidence through the written word. LyrIQ believes poetry can bridge gaps, build empathy, and shape a more expressive future.

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Course and Curriculum Designer. The Course and Curriculum Designer will be responsible for creating and developing curriculum materials, conducting instructional design, writing content, designing LyrIQ's courses, and contributing to the overall educational initiatives of LyrIQ. Daily tasks will include designing educational courses and writing lesson plans

• Writing and Research skills
• Education-related skills and experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in the literary or educational sector is a plus
