Job Description

Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute end-to-end sales and revenue strategies.
  • Identify and onboard early clients and institutional partners.
  • Create pricing models and manage client acquisition funnels.
  • Lead sales campaigns, outreach, and marketing coordination.
  • Build and lead a small, high-performing sales and growth team.
  • Manage CRM dashboards, analytics, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to align growth priorities.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–7 years of experience in

    sales, business development, or revenue operations

    (preferably in SaaS, AI, or startup ecosystems).
  • Proven record of closing B2B/B2C deals or partnerships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
