Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Chief Revenue Officer role based in New Delhi. The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will be responsible for overseeing strategic revenue growth, developing and managing key sales strategies, and nurturing client relationships. Responsibilities include leading sales and lead generation initiatives, building and managing a high-performing revenue team, and developing long-term planning for sponsorships, partnerships, and other revenue-generating opportunities. The CRO will collaborate closely with multiple IP owners, Sports Franchises & internal teams to ensure seamless sales operations and account management.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Media Sales or Concept Sales
• Proven skills in Lead Generation and Sales to drive revenue growth.
• Expertise in Account Management and building long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in Strategic Planning for sales and revenue objectives.
• Solid experience in managing Sales Operations to optimize performance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• A deep understanding of the sports industry and sponsorship landscape is a major advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with an advanced degree being a plus.
