Role Overview

Qualifications and Experience

6-10 years in revenue leadership roles with a proven record of scaling B2B tech or cybersecurity organizations
Deep understanding of cybersecurity domains SOC, MDR, Compliance, Cloud Security, or GRC
Experience in recurring-revenue models, subscription-based services, and channel ecosystems
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
A strong network within the cybersecurity or enterprise IT ecosystem is highly desirable
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Revenue growth % (Quarterly & Annual Targets)
Customer acquisition and retention rates
Expansion of strategic partnerships and reseller networks
