Job Description

As a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the sales, partnerships, and revenue strategy. Your focus will be on driving growth, establishing partnerships, and translating our product vision into tangible business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement comprehensive sales and revenue strategies. - Identify and bring onboard early clients and institutional partners. - Develop pricing models and oversee client acquisition funnels. - Lead sales campaigns, outreach efforts, and coordinate marketing activities. - Build and manage a small yet high-performing sales and growth team. - Monitor CRM dashboards, analyze data, and track performance metrics. - Collaborate closely with product and tech teams to align on growth priorities. What We're Looking For: - 3-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or revenue operations, preferably in SaaS, AI, or startup environments. - Demonstrated success in closing B2B/B2C deals or partnerships. - Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional communication and leadership abilities. - Ability to excel in a dynamic, early-stage setting.
