Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Operations Manager located in Mumbai. The Chief Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies. The role includes managing teams, coordinating with different departments, developing operational strategies, and implementing process improvements. Qualifications 4+ years of work experience Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Advertising/Marketing/Communication/MBA or any degree with requisite skill set Own vehicle/resident of Kalyan/Thane/Dombivali or nearby areas ( mandatory requirement) High Energy Levels (mandatory requirement) Stable Family & Stable location An Inner hunger to prove oneself and elevate amongst the peers, growth mindset (mandatory requirement) Excellent communication skills, people skills and high degree of comfort dealing with velocity and uncertainty in a high growth startup. PREFERRED SKILLS: • Product Listing and Optimization • Inventory Management • Account and Vendor Management • Ecommerce Sales and Operations • Sales and Operations management • Creative merchandising • Brand Management • Business Development • Digital Marketing • Brand Promotions and Campaign Management • Strategic planning • Search Engine Optimization • Project Management • Team leadership • Business Negotiations & Conflict Management KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead strategic account management and Sales operations for our Brand Soft & Fresh on all major E-commerce marketplaces and Quick Commerce Managing content creation and listing of products across all marketplaces Develop sales strategy for existing inventory Research and Development for New Product on online Space Leading Warehouse operations Team and management Analysis of Marketplace data for actionable strategies Creating and monitoring listing on Amazon.com and Other Marketplaces including Quick Commerce Creating and managing Brand Store pages and Enhanced Brand Content (A+ Content) materials to build brand and product awareness. Monitoring Reviews and Queries for maintaining good account health. Creating Weekly, Monthly Sales Report and Content Audit Reports for Management Inventory Reconciliation and Forecasting for Replenishments Responsible for maintaining content on all major ecommerce platforms and brand website. Coordinating with Designers, Logistic and Operation teams for smooth operations. Onboarding Our brand on new marketplaces and setup the process for daily operations and Management. Maintaining and growing existing business relationships by understanding core aspects of the brand’s journey Marketplace exposure – Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Big Basket, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, JioMart Must have experience in handling ad spend accounts with full metrics reporting Mentor & Lead an expanded team of operations executives and personnel Remuneration • Total CTC of 5 to 6 Lakhs per annum • Profit Sharing additional to CTC • Equity in Brand (after delivering accepted growth targets) additional to CTC • PF, Medical Insurance, paid leaves, Flexibility in working • Uncapped Upward Remuneration possible by owning equity in the brand Show more Show less
