Chief Officer

Key Responsibilities Executive & Strategic Support  Act as a trusted advisor and right hand to the Managing Director for planning, decision-making, and execution of key initiatives.  Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, and communication priorities to optimize their focus on high-impact goals.  Coordinate and prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for client meetings, vendor partnerships, and strategic reviews. Operational Oversight  Track ongoing projects across fabrication, advertising, and branding verticals, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.  Streamline coordination between design, production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.  Develop and monitor KPIs and operational dashboards to support leadership decision-making. Client & Vendor Coordination  Support the MD in managing key client accounts and vendor relationships. Page | 2  Ensure client expectations are met by proactively tracking deliverables and resolving escalations.  Represent the leadership team in meetings, negotiations, and project reviews, when required. Strategic Initiatives & Growth  Assist in identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and process improvement areas.  Oversee cross-functional projects related to branding innovation, process automation, and cost optimization.  Provide insights and recommendations that drive business scalability and operational efficiency. Administrative & Confidential Support  Handle confidential documentation and communication with utmost discretion.  Draft and manage internal communications, meeting notes, and follow-up actions. Qualifications & Requirements  Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.  Experience: 7–10 years of experience in a similar capacity (Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant to MD, or Senior Operations Manager), preferably in fabrication, advertising, or manufacturing industries.  Skills Required: o Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills o Analytical mindset with strong project management capability o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or project tracking tools o High level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability Page | 3 Performance Metrics  Project Delivery: Minimum 95% of key initiatives and projects completed within defined timelines.  Operational Efficiency: Measurable improvement in process turnaround time and resource utilization.  Stakeholder Satisfaction: Quarterly score of 4.5/5 or higher from internal and external stakeholders.  Strategic Execution: Successful completion of MD’s key strategic priorities and follow-ups.  Business Growth Support: Tangible contribution to new client acquisition or efficiency-driven savings.
