Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & GTM Execution
- Support leadership in defining and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products, services, and markets.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure GTM plans are aligned and executed effectively.
- Track progress against strategic objectives and report outcomes to senior stakeholders.
- Business Analytics & Insights
- Use analytics and data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, and process improvements.
- Build dashboards, reports, and performance scorecards to monitor KPIs across GTM and operational functions.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on sales performance, market penetration, customer acquisition, and retention metrics.
- Leadership Support & Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with the CEO/leadership team in managing priorities, decision-making, and communication.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring accountability and timely execution of business-critical projects.
- Act as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders to streamline workflows and communication.
- Operational Excellence
- Drive special projects such as market entry initiatives, process improvements, and partnership evaluations.
- Establish frameworks to improve meeting efficiency, reporting structures, and leadership reviews.
- Ensure smooth coordination of executive activities, planning sessions, and quarterly business reviews.
- Change & Growth Enablement
- Support organizational transformation by aligning resources and processes with business priorities.
- Assist in scaling business operations with structured processes, playbooks, and best practices.
- Provide thought leadership on growth strategies, competitive benchmarking, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, strategy, analytics, or business operations.
- Strong knowledge of GTM strategies, analytics, and business planning.
- Proficiency with data tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL for business analytics and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex problems and deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- High adaptability, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
