The Role Job Role: As a Branch Lead you will be responsible for Sales Cycle: Managing their respective branch sales cycle from start to end. Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify, qualify, and convert leads into admissions. Follow ups: Daily follow ups and reporting of leads to ensure no lead goes wasted. Hospitality: Ensure the walk ins are greeted well and with respect, offering them water and other essential support. Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets through innovative sales approaches. Negotiation & Closing Deals: Conduct sales meetings and generate walk ins, regular pitch modifications to ensure high productivity, close high-value deals. Sales Strategy Development: Plan, create and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to refine sales strategies. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure a seamless experience for students through proactive engagement during the admission and academic journey. Collaboration: Work closely with the cross functional team (Marketing, Administration, Operations and so on). Reporting & Analytics: Regular reporting to the Business Head of Mumbai over sales metrics, performance, walk in, follow ups and admission updates. CTC: 20,000/- to 40,000/- per month + uncapped incentives (T&C) Shift Time : Morning shift - 6.45am to 2.45pm, Afternoon Shift – 12.45pm to 8.45pm 6 days WFO only. Chief of Staff – Kalrashukla Classes This is a high-impact, full-time leadership role based in Mumbai, designed to assist Prof. Shukla in managing the complexity of Kalrashukla’s classes operations across Mumbai, Pune, and Kanpur. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for overseeing daily academic operations, managing faculty and facility coordination, handling students grievances, and acting as a critical bridge across departments. The role also requires executive support in time management, decision enablement, finance reporting and project tracking for Prof. Shukla. Key Responsibilities 1. Staff Oversight Ensure teaching and non-teaching staff schedules are maintained and disruptions are minimized. Track performance, coordinate substitutions, and oversee onboarding of new staff. Act as the first point of contact for staff issues that require escalation or intervention. 2. Facility & Infrastructure Management Oversee the smooth functioning of branch infrastructure in Mumbai, Pune, and Kanpur. Coordinate remotely with admin snd teaching staff in Pune and Kanpur; ensure weekly status reports. Flag and resolve urgent facility issues (power, cleanliness, safety, equipment). 3. Feedback & Grievance Systems Implement structured feedback collection from students and parents at regular intervals. Maintain a grievance log with categorization, resolution timelines, and escalation paths. Ensure grievances are resolved within defined SLAs; flag unresolved cases to Prof. Shukla 4. Chairman Support Maintain a single-window dashboard covering operations, staffing, facilities, sales and risks. Prepare pre-reads for founder meetings and ensure post-meeting follow-ups are executed. Act as a buffer to filter non-strategic matters and enable Prof. Shukla to focus on priorities. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with HR for staffing, discipline, and policy compliance. Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure academic-readiness during peak admissions. Maintain structured reporting to Prof. Shukla and act as an interface across functions. Reporting Structure: Reports directly to Prof. Shukla. Reports to: Branch Head / Regional Director Role Overview: The Career Counsellor serves as a trusted academic advisor to students and parents, helping them make informed decisions about NEET, JEE, and MHT-CET coaching programs offered by Kalrashukla. The counsellor plays a key role in building trust, addressing academic concerns, and guiding families through the enrolment process by clearly communicating the long-term value of Kalrashukla’s pedagogy and track record. Key Responsibilities: ● Counsel walk-in and online inquiries (students and parents) about academic planning and competitive exam preparation. ● Understand the student’s background, academic needs, learning challenges, and goals to recommend the right course pathway. ● Clearly explain Kalrashukla’s teaching methodology, schedule structure, mock test systems, and success results. ● Conduct structured one-on-one counselling sessions to address doubts about curriculum, timelines, and exam strategies. ● Follow up with interested prospects via phone/email/WhatsApp and ensure they feel confident in their enrolment decision. ● Act as the parent’s academic point of contact post-enrolment, ensuring trust and ongoing relationship. ● Collaborate with faculty, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students. ● Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and status of each inquiry in the CRM system.
