The Role

Chief of Staff / Founder's Office Associate

business strategy, operations, fundraising, hiring, and special projects

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the founders to drive key priorities across strategy, operations, and growth initiatives
Lead high-visibility projects across business functions — hiring, fundraising, GTM, and investor relations
Track company-wide OKRs and ensure alignment across teams
Build and manage processes as the company scales its India operations
Conduct research, market analysis, and support fundraising documentation and board materials
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and finance

Ideal Profile

2–5 years of experience in
management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or startup operations / Founder’s Office roles
Tier 1 education (IIT, IIM, ISB, NLS, top global universities, or equivalent)
Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills
High ownership mindset and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
Prior exposure to
AI, SaaS, or technology startups
is an advantage
