Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Chief of Staff to join our team on-site in Mumbai. The Chief of Staff will work closely with senior leadership to support strategic planning, operational excellence, and effective communication across teams. Key responsibilities include managing cross-functional initiatives, driving organizational priorities, analyzing key metrics to measure progress, and serving as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the executive team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Adaptability, time management, and organizational skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of the beauty or wellness industry is a plus, along with a passion for supporting mission-driven organizations.
• Proven experience in a similar leadership or operational role, with a preference for candidates with a background in consulting or business operations.
