Develop and oversee global corporate security strategy aligned with company operations in India, UAE, Europe, and other international locations. Protect all physical assets, warehouses, bonded facilities, ports, and logistics operations under Shya Exports’ control. Design and implement risk management frameworks, crisis response, and business continuity plans. Ensure 24/7 security monitoring of all company facilities, shipments, and digital systems. Manage relationships with local, national, and international law enforcement agencies. Lead and train a global security team, including onsite guards, intelligence officers, and cybersecurity specialists. Conduct threat assessments, investigations, and internal audits related to security breaches or compliance violations. Oversee VIP and executive protection protocols for the company’s Chairman and senior executives during global travel. Develop and enforce security policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance with international trade security standards. Oversee installation and maintenance of CCTV, biometric access control, GPS fleet tracking, and surveillance technologies. Collaborate with IT teams to manage cybersecurity, data privacy, and fraud prevention systems. Evaluate and mitigate risks related to supply chain security, export documentation, and customs compliance. Prepare monthly and quarterly security performance reports for the CEO and Board of Directors. Maintain close coordination with facility managers, HR, and legal departments for internal security alignment. Stay updated on global security trends, geopolitical risks, and emerging threats to export industries. Possession of a valid Indian Arms Licence is mandatory. Applicants must be legally authorised to possess and, where applicable, carry a licensed firearm under Indian law.
