Chief of Staff

As the Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in the CEO's office, serving as a central resource to ensure seamless coordination across departments and drive the execution of strategic and operational priorities. Your strong technical background in B.Tech, analytical skills, and project management abilities will be crucial in supporting the CEO in planning and delivering high-impact initiatives throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary coordination point between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups. - Support strategic initiatives by conducting data analysis, tracking projects, and facilitating operational reviews. - Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations to aid executive decision-making processes. - Monitor key projects to ensure alignment with organizational timelines, budgets, and objectives. - Conduct research and provide insights on technical, operational, and industry-specific matters. - Drive the execution of special projects, cross-functional initiatives, and CEO priorities. - Track KPIs, performance metrics, and cost-related data to identify risks and opportunities. - Facilitate leadership reviews, board meetings, and fulfill CEO reporting requirements. - Anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and enhance operational efficiency. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech mandatory), preference for Mechanical/Marine/Naval Architecture or related fields. - 3-5 years of experience in project planning, operations, analytics, or strategy roles. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with analytics and project management tools is beneficial. - Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with excellent organizational skills. - Exceptional communication and presentation abilities for effective leadership reporting. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at collaborating closely with senior management. Salary Range: - 40,000 to 60,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience in roles involving CEO/leadership support, project management, or operations oversight. - Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) or data analytics tools. - Experience in marine/engineering industries or cost planning would be advantageous.
