Role Overview

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5–10 years of experience in consulting, strategy, analytics, business operations, or startup leadership roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA from Tier 1 institutions (IIT, IIM, ISB, or equivalent preferred).
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong bias for action with a hands-on, execution-first mindset.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments with evolving priorities.

Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning & Execution- Collaborate with the founder to define key business priorities, strategic roadmaps, and OKRs.
  2. Drive the execution of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment and impact.
  3. Maintain rhythm of the business through structured reviews, dashboards, and follow-through mechanisms.
  4. Business Intelligence & Decision Support- Analyze cost structures, profitability levers, and operational bottlenecks.
  5. Partner with finance, data, and analytics teams to generate insights for decision-making.
  6. Convert analysis into clear action items and ensure their successful execution.
  7. Program Management & Cross-functional Leadership- Lead high-priority projects spanning multiple functions (ops, tech, product, supply).
  8. Solve coordination challenges, unlock execution velocity, and escalate blockers effectively.
  9. Act as a trusted liaison between central teams and regional operations
  10. Performance Monitoring & Reporting- Prepare leadership and board-level reports, investor presentations, and strategic updates.
  11. Define and institutionalize key business metrics, health dashboards, and early-warning systems.
  12. Special Projects- Own exploratory or high-stakes initiatives that don’t yet have a formal owner.
  13. Pilot, structure, and scale new ideas across geographies or verticals.
