Business Analyst

Dear Candidates, We are looking for a data-driven Business Analyst to join our Hyperlocal and Quick Commerce logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing operational data, business metrics, improving cost efficiency, and enhancing the overall logistics performance. This role will require close collaboration with operations, product, finance, and technology teams to support decision-making and drive business growth. Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or G-sheets to track key business metrics. Work with stakeholders to optimize fleet management, reduce delivery costs, and improve efficiency in last-mile delivery models. Analyze performance metrics (TAT, SLA, cost per order, etc.) Identify bottlenecks in hyperlocal delivery operations and propose process improvements. Assist in designing incentive structures for delivery partners based on data-driven performance benchmarks and identify opportunities for reducing cost per order (CPO). Collaborate with product, tech, ops & finance to boost performance Support leadership with business case modeling for strategic decisions, including new city expansions and partnerships. We're looking for someone with: 2 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Strategy Analyst in Logistics / Q-commerce / E-commerce A strong grip on SQL, Excel, BI tools-Tableau/Power BI (Python a plus!) Ability to structure and analyze large datasets, develop insights, and present findings effectively. Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for operational excellence. A deep understanding of hyperlocal logistics, dark stores, and quick commerce fulfillment. Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills Regards, HR
