Role Overview

Chief of Staff

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Drive company-wide strategic planning processes and track progress on OKRs and key initiatives.
• Work closely with the CEO on business planning, investor updates, board prep, and cross-functional priorities.

Operational Efficiency:

• Identify gaps in internal processes and lead initiatives to improve alignment, communication, and execution across teams.
• Run leadership meetings, offsites, and cross-functional project check-ins.

CEO Support & Executive Communication:

• Serve as a thought partner to the CEO on business strategy, partnerships, and team structure.
• Draft key internal/external communications, presentations, and briefing materials.

Special Projects:

• Own and execute high-impact strategic projects that don’t sit clearly within a single function.
• Help evaluate new business lines, partnerships, and growth opportunities.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate closely with department heads to align on company priorities and ensure timely delivery of business outcomes.
• Liaise with external stakeholders (investors, partners, vendors) on behalf of the CEO when needed.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of total experience with a mix of consulting, business operations, VC/startup, or founder experience.
• Tier 1 education pedigree is a must
• Proven track record in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and influencing ability with senior stakeholders.
