Role Overview The VP – Delivery & Business Operations will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, managing operational excellence, and driving strategic initiatives across the organization. This role requires a strong leader who can scale delivery capabilities, mentor cross-functional teams, and align delivery with overall business goals. Key Responsibilities Delivery Leadership: Lead and oversee delivery for a portfolio of projects across verticals, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality outcomes. Define and implement delivery frameworks, governance models, and SLAs for various accounts. Build robust internal processes to manage client expectations, project risks, and resource allocation. Client Engagement & Satisfaction: Act as the senior escalation point for key client engagements. Foster long-term client relationships through proactive delivery and problem-solving. Collaborate with sales and account management to support renewals and upsell opportunities. Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day business operations including staffing, utilization, profitability, and compliance. Drive KPI-based performance management and reporting across teams. Identify and execute process improvements, automation, and cost optimization initiatives. Team & Culture: Lead, mentor, and scale a 100+ member delivery team, building a strong performance-driven culture. Drive team development through structured training, career planning, and leadership grooming. Align organizational structure and capacity with business growth and client demand. Strategic Initiatives: Partner with the leadership team on go-to-market, productization of services, and digital transformation initiatives. Implement systems and tools for project management, knowledge sharing, and collaboration. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience & Background: 15+ years of experience in IT services with a strong background in delivery management and operations. Proven experience leading delivery teams in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. Hands-on experience in Agile, DevOps, Cloud, or Digital Transformation projects is a plus. Show more Show less
