Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Institutional Sales Executive to manage and grow Esandhais institutional business portfolio. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling HNI clients , with excellent customer-handling and negotiation skills. The candidate must be ready to adapt to the agri-tech industry, learn our workflow model, and drive results through professionalism and relationship building. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of institutional sales, including prospecting, onboarding, and client servicing. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporates, institutions, and HNI customers . Follow up with clients regularly, understand requirements, and ensure seamless order management. Handle end-to-end sales cycle – lead generation, pitching, negotiations, closing deals, and account management. Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in the F&V (Fruits & Vegetables) segment. Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment . Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and track KPIs to meet and exceed targets. Ensure professional attire, conduct, and communication in all client interactions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on customer needs, pricing, and delivery models. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities. Resolve client issues and complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction . Represent E Sandhai with integrity and ensure compliance with company policies. Key Requirements: Fresh MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent; OR any graduate proven experience in institutional/HNI client handling. Prior experience in Institutional Sales / Corporate Sales preferred. Knowledge of Fruits & Vegetables / Agri industry is an added advantage. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication in English and regional language(s). Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced agri-tech environment. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting. Professional appearance and business etiquette are mandatory. Two-wheeler with valid driving license is a must.
