Job Description

We are hiring a Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) for one of our clients, a reputed infrastructure company specializing in bridges, roads, and large-scale construction projects. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives in infrastructure and construction. Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession management, and leadership development for diverse roles across projects and corporate functions. Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives in a dynamic project environment. Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and statutory requirements specific to construction and infrastructure sectors. Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR budgeting with a focus on competitive and equitable practices. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture. Lead change management, organizational development, and digital HR transformation initiatives. Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and promote a safe and healthy workplace. Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR practices with evolving business needs and industry trends. Desired Profile MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline. 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience Proven track record in managing large, diverse teams and complex project-based workforce. Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices in infrastructure/construction sectors. Experience in digital HR tools, HR analytics, and driving HR technology adoption. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills. Ability to lead transformation and foster a culture of continuous learning and agility.
