Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in Chandigarh. The CFO will oversee financial planning, manage and analyze financial statements, and develop strategic financial plans for the organization. Responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, preparing accurate financial reports, managing the budgeting process, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. As part of the leadership team, the CFO will strategize and execute measures to ensure financial sustainability and growth for the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning, budgeting, and strategic financial management
• Strong expertise in creating and analyzing Financial Statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Deep understanding and application of core Finance principles
• Highly developed Analytical Skills for financial forecasting, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making
• Experience in preparing Financial Reporting and presenting financial data effectively
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or a professional certification such as CFA or CPA is preferred
• Prior experience in skilling, education, or related industries is advantageous
