The ideal candidate Should be a Chartered Accountant with 15 to 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, having successfully managed diverse projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals Advise the CEO and Board on financial planning, risk management, and capital structuring Project Financial Oversight: Lead financial planning and budgeting for multiple real estate projects Monitor project cash flows, cost control, and ROI metrics Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to statutory regulations including RERA, GST, and income tax Oversee internal audits, financial reporting, and corporate governance Investor & Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions Prepare investor presentations, MIS reports, and financial forecasts Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement Desired Candidate Profile Chartered Accountant with 15 to 20 years of experience in Real Estate finance Proven track record of handling large-scale real estate projects Strong understanding of financial modeling, project financing, and regulatory frameworks Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Kindly share your Cv at binay.das@vidarealty.com or hr@vidarealty.com Whats app: 91520 91573
